Ceremony for new afghan police women

In an official ceremony eleven afghan women recieve their certificates as police officers in Kunudz. They were trained by german, dutch and us-american trainers. The District Police Chief congratulates, as well as all trainers and representatives of ISAF. Male Police recruits stands a formation to greet their female collegues. Female police officers are rare seen in Afghanistan and threaten by islamistic insurgents.
